The Challenge

At the heart of expanding a gaming enterprise lies the foundation of a solid payments system. Betsson needed support envisaging and delivering a modern payment platform, with diverse payment integrations to cover multiple jurisdictions. Additionally, they aimed to incorporate an automation layer to enhance the end-user experience across more than 20 brands.

In partnership with Betsson, a team of 40+ Ciklum developers optimized, and future-proofed their payment infrastructure, leveraging a secure and scalable AWS environment. This significantly reduced downtime and allowed millions of transactions to be processed across Betsson brands every day.

At the start of the engagement, Betsson was experiencing some challenges in their delivery operations. Ciklum helped resolve communication and calibration blockers and built out an agile coaching programme working with Betsson to fine-tune all delivery management processes.
