After conducting a detailed research, the client identified two key challenges users faced in expense management. Due to disorganized record-keeping and manual tracking, transactions would often get overlooked since users heavily relied on scattered notes or piles of receipts. To address these issues, the institute aimed to develop a comprehensive expense management application that would serve as a holistic financial management tool.

To address the challenges of the client, Ciklum developed a user-friendly application aimed at simplifying expense tracking and financial management through a suite of highly effective features. This application enabled users to remain timely notified, get clear dashboard snapshots for upcoming expense reminders, and gain insights into income, expenses, and remaining balance. With Expense Manager, users can effortlessly manage credit/debit cards through scanning or manual entry, along with themed choices. The key focus was on simplicity and convenience, as the app serves as a valuable tool for staying financially organized and on top of expenses.
